Privacy Policy
This policy describes what matri6.com actually does with your data. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form on the Join MATRI6 section: your first name, last name, phone number, email address and the project description you write. Nothing else on the site asks you for information.
Why we collect it
Solely to read your message and reply to it. We use the details to understand what you are building and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no browser storage, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Third parties
- Formspree receives and forwards contact form submissions. Your form data passes through and is stored on their service. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site. Loading a font file discloses your IP address and user agent to Google. See the Google privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which typically include IP addresses and requested URLs.
Following an outbound link from this site — to Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram or any MATRI6 product subdomain — puts you under that service's own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hq@matri6.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
