These terms cover your use of matri6.com. They do not cover any separate agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence if the two ever conflict.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share this website freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
Content and accuracy
The site describes what MATRI6 is building. Products marked as in construction, planning or production are exactly that: not yet released. Descriptions of unreleased work are statements of intent, not commitments, and may change or be dropped. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or professional, financial or legal advice.
Intellectual property
The MATRI6 name, wordmark, generative artwork, copy and page designs are ours unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale or present our work as your own.
The contact form
Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, an engagement or any obligation on either side. Please do not send confidential material or trade secrets through it — we cannot treat an unsolicited submission as confidential. How we handle what you do send is set out in the privacy policy.
Third-party services and links
This site links out to Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram and MATRI6 product subdomains, and relies on Formspree and Google Fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MATRI6 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
